The VIP Program Rules:
1. No purchase is necessary to obtain a Nakama V.I.P. Club Card. You may only have one active card at a time. A bonus of 50 points will be awarded when joining the program.
2. Valid membership card must be presented by the card holder at the time of purchase to receive Nakama Points.
3. You will receive 1 point for every $1 you spend at Nakama Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar. Points are not awarded on taxes or gratuities.
4. Nakama V.I.P. cards and Nakama Points are not transferable.
5. When you reach a Club Award level, a Certificate will be mailed to you. Certificates are redeemable on future purchases.
6. When you are ready to redeem a Club Award, you should show your card and the Certificate to your server before you order.
7. Nakama Jap.anese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar reserves the right at their sole discretion, to terminate the program, to change or alter, limit, modify, or add to the Awards program rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels; all without prior notice; at any time.
8. Any changes to the Nakama V.I.P. Club will be immediately posted to our website.

9. By enrolling you agree to receive occasional direct mail, phone, fax or email concerning special discount offers and information about Nakama Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar.
10. Nakama V.I.P. Club accounts inactive for twelve months will be reset to zero.
